                         – A program for Developing Godly Eating Habits

While diet and weight loss in our society is big business, obesity is rampant and rates of heart disease, diabetes etc are ever increasing,  we feel that the time has come for the church to be involved in helping people with their struggles (women first – men to follow later).

Open to all Christian women, this program requires a 13 week commitment to a weekly session of Bible study and support in a caring group environment.  We believe that through encouragement, healthy eating, regular physical activity as well as daily personal devotion and prayer time lives will be changed, realistic and attainable goals will be achieved, not only in weight loss and better physical conditioning but also spiritual growth and a closer relationship with God .
